You think you’re thinking your way through life. But you’re not.
Think about this question. How many decisions have you made today?
What were they?

How many important decisions did you make today?
What were they? What made them important?

In the last second, you made let’s say maybe a thousand decisions.
In the last hour you made maybe five million decisions.
In the last day you made more than a billion decisions?
What were they? And why didn’t you count them before?

Now let’s think about what makes a decision important.
None of you ever make a conscious choice that’s not directed toward happiness – your happiness or the happiness of other conscious entities you’ve invited into your game (which ultimately comes back to being your happiness).
No matter what you think you want, you want it because you think the having of it will make you happier. It all comes down to happiness.
